The presentation is in English and was given for a German-speaking audience. Therefor some of the examples are relating to the German context. For advanced libraries there is probably not much new to read. I apologize for the large volume of the file (18 Mb), but sometimes when you import .gif or .jpeg-files they blow up the original file enormously.

I hope that for those not so advanced within their institutions are set to thinking how to anticipate the oncoming (and sometimes in progress) chances in the ability to serve customers.
