This supposed atlas is cited in a bibliography brought in by a Columbia
grad student in ecology studies. My search of OCLC turned up prospectuses,
but no atlas. One prospectus was for Volume 10!

Does anyone on maps-l  know of this work, and was it published? in hard
copy? online? microformat?
