DUTIES:
The duties of this position are:

    *   analyzing data and information management concepts and issues
    *   synthesizing database management concerns and continuously focusing on upgrading of information systems requirements
    *   drawing conclusions and making recommendations for operating management systems efficiently
    *   identifying data trends
    *   collaborating with the research environments to define the data management, repository development, technology and technology transfer concerns (for academia, corporations and the public)
    *   providing oversight and focus to database content management issues
    *   managing supporting staff, including hiring and training to conduct research , to effectively communicate with external and internal customers
    *   developing educational/information briefings in order to communicate issues and solutions
