 High-tech it isnt, but if you get a DOQ or other good orthophoto (from
overhead), you could
1. match landmarks between it an the side-view
2. use the software Morph to map the side-view onto the ortho
3. use the ortho to lay the morphed side-view in to a georeference grid
(at worst, lay it over a DRG and create a grid from the tickmarks on the
DRG)
