The department at the Univ. of Mich. which does research for
fees charges $60.00 per hour plus expenses, ie. online cost.
The person in charge of that service tells me that information
brokers usually charge $60.00-$100.00 per hour.  We do get
a fail amount of people wanting to use our aerial photographs
but we don't charge them.  If they want copies, we facilitate
the process but let them deal with the copiers directly.
