        Before I forward this to USGS on behalf of CUAC, I would like a
little more information. Do you think that it is happening in the
shipping process (like was it raining somewhere when these were being
handled), or do you think that it is happening when the label comes out
of the printer? Also, what kinds of maps are in the shipments? If some
of you could send me some samples, I could see what they look like and
forward them on to USGS. That might help locate the source of the
