     this the so-called 'Voice Mail'?) was switched on.  We have here both
     1:50K & l:25K War Office WW2 mapping of the Monte Cassino area: state
     your requirements via overnight email, or call me tomorrow a.m. after
     10.00 hours GMT (well, OK - after 10.00 hours Iowa time!).  I think
     xeroxing permission, on your behalf, could be gotten from our Military
     Survey's Directorate of Geographic Information.
