Does anyone know the status of the proposed change in postal regs as applied
to non-profit organizations and advertising?
 
the threat was to remove organizations' non-profit status if they had advt
within the pages of their bulletins, newsletters, etc.
 
This of course would hurt all the map organizations I am a member of...
 
Just curious what the status of this is.
