Dear Sue,
   For what it's worth, with no specialized knowledge about maps of
Scandinavia, I did a quick google search ("Sweden Denmark Norway and
Finland" map) and discovered that a professor at Univ of Michigan has
one like yours which is not attributed,

and that a dealer has several that may look like yours, except colored,
and were made by T (for Thomas) Jeffreys in the 1760s.

You might check your collection for any atlas that he worked on.
