A patron is looking inot his family history and has had a great deal of
success with finding the locations of estates (some are even located on
current O/S maps).  There is, however, one place that has not been found;
"Kyber Hall", home of James Swan in the 1850's, in the County of
Lanakshire, Scotland (which is now the Strathclyde County).
Lat. and Long., as well as the map/gazetteer the answer can be found on
would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
