Somewhat off-topic, but related to GeoPDF's - I'd like to put in a good
word for G-Raster, which among many other things, converts GeoPDF to
GeoTIFF so you can easily open and overlay them in ArcMap. We're always
happy with the results. Price is only $5.

The MAPublisher plugin for Illustrator (www.mapublisher.com
     <http://www.mapublisher.com>) will allow
a geospatial PDF or GeoPDF to be opened in Illustrator while retaining
all layers, attributes and geo-referencing. Then any or all layers,
with
their attributes can be exported to a number of GIS formats including
     shapefiles and dxf, dwg etc.
     Regards
     Ted
