Kathy,

I ran across a Television Bureau of Advertising feature class recently
that appears to have these geometries or some form of them (I'm not very
familiar, so I don't know if there are other granularities or different
geometries for different variables and sectors or something).

little, um, breezy, though, so you may want to try to verify it somehow.
