A patron wants to have the coordinates of a place (that he says is) in
Namibia or South Africa.  Name of the place is HARMELIA.  We have checked
the USBGN gazetteer and the  Annals of the Cape Provincial Museum
gazetteer, but no luck.  Does anyone have other place name resources they
could check?  Of course, as is sometimes the case, the patron may have
the spelling wrong!
