Jenny,
There are six maps with the subject heading "North Pacific" in the Maps
Collection web site of the Library of Congress
<http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/gmdhtml/gmdhome.html>. If you go to Keyword
search and put in "North Pacific" with 'match all these words', a list
will appear. We scanned many maps of this area for the Meeting of
Frontiers project
<http://international.loc.gov/intldl/mtfhtml/mfdigcol/mfdcmap.html> and I
think there maybe one that you can use. Your patron can download the
MrSID file and with the free MrSID viewer from Lizardtech
<www.lizardtech.com>, he can even get the TIFF file back from the MrSID.
  Hope these are helpful.
Colleen

I've got a patron looking for a map that features the Northern Pacific,
stretching from the Russian Far East (Kamchatka, Chukotka) across the
Bering
Strait to Alaska, the PNW, and as far south as Washington State. They need
all of this on one map. Digital or paper is acceptable. Thanks.
