Subject: older topo map index books

Does anybody out there have extra copies of the older u.s.g.s.
topo map index books? I am particularly looking for Pennsylvania,
New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware but other east coast states would be
welcome. I find the older books, with there page by page indexed and
listings of maps, much more convenient than a single sheet index. I
would appreciate hearing from anyone who has copies they don't want.
Thanks.
