 This is a copy of the memo going out to Illinois depositories from the regional
  coordinator Liz Alexander.
 As the regional, the Illinois State Library has selected and is planning to hou
 se all of the DOQ's.
 Each selective depository may select any one state; any depository may house it
 's selection any place where access will be provided.  Communications (phone, f
 ax, e-mail) indicate that selectives are interested in cooperative agreements.
 Depositories interested in acquiring more than one state through cooperative ag
 reements include: Illinois State University, Northern Illinois University, Nort
 hwestern University, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Southern Illin
 ois University at Edwardsville, University of Chicago, University of Illinois a
 t Chicago, University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign, and Western Illinois Uni
 versity.
 These depositories are encouraged to develop a priority list, and contact other
  depositories to request that they select for and house with you.
 All other depositories are encouraged to contact depositories on this list to o
 ffer to acquire an item for them, or to be responsive to their requests of you,
  if you are not planning to acquire the DOQ's for your own use.
 Per Instructions to Depository Libraries, Chapter 2, Part H, pages 6-7, "Memora
 nda of Agreement" should be filed with GPO and ISL.
