I wanted to follow up to let you know that I may soon be doing a maps cataloging workshop for staff at the University of Georgia. With you being at UNC, and of course with permission of Hallie Pritchett at the Univ. of Georgia Libraries, perhaps we could include you in a workshop?
I am currently vacationing in Canada, but let's continue this conversation off the list, and with Hallie included. My assumption is you are looking for basic maps cataloging training but possibly not with in-depth RDA training? That is also something we can discuss.

At the risk of sounding immodest, Paige Andrew and I gave a program and
follow-up webinar on cartographic materials cataloging using RDA. You
can find the handouts to the program and the recording of the webinar at:

Paige, I, and others do occasional map cataloging workshops but I don't
have any scheduled right now. I don't know if Paige or David do either.

Hello – I am writing to ask if you can suggest map cataloging training
opportunities. I have looked at the LC, OCLC, and LYRASIS sites, and
generally searched the web, and I’m not finding much. I have found this
