The PAIGH is an organization affiliated with the Organization of American
States and U.S. membership is through the State Dept.  All U.S. members of
the PAIGH commissions are appointed but are usually nominated by
concerned Federal agenices (USGS, DMA, State staff) and/or university
departments.  ...
