Hi all -
We're doing some weeding for the US sectional aeronautical charts, enroute area
charts, enroute high altitude charts and US terminal procedures (see SuDoc list
below). We have coverage of most of these back to 1989. As a regional, we aren'
t required to keep the superseded pieces, but we also don't want to wipe out a
collection that might be useful to someone. I know that the old charts and
facility directory booklets are of absolutely no use to pilots. Is there any
possible use these serve has historical records of flight routes, procedures,
etc? If so, is anyone keeping them at all? We are considering keeping one
representative piece per year, per series if these things have historical value
. Please respond directly to me, and many thanks for your suggestions.
