  Following this message, I am forwarding to the list a message from the
  Detroit Public Library.  Their message consists of a letter concerning
  the Bill Stewart situation, of which many of you are probably already
  aware, preceded by a "disclaimer".  I add to that a "disclaimer" from
  MAPS-L.  We take no position in this matter, but forward the message
  only for its informational value.  If anyone has additional questions,
  please contact the person indicated
