In discussing the Henry Carter Cancellation Letter referred to
recently by Mark Thomas Of Texas A&M, I have discovered that this was
a letter sent to some libraries to inform them that certain non-
depository items would no longer be sent free of charge. This letter
applies only to a few unique situations where libraries have been
receiving free copies. If you have any further questions about this
