Greetings.
 
For those of you who aren't quite yet saturated with the goings on
related to that big White House on Pennsylvania Ave....
 
 
We here at the UVA Library Geographic Information Center are pleased to
announce a new WWW resource, "Presidential Elections: 1948-1992".  This
new tool is a compilation of original map graphics reflecting the Popular
Vote outcomes in U.S. presidential contests from 1948 to 1992.  This is a
dynamic resource and we expect to add exhanded information in the
future.  Originally intended to be a local resource, we have decided to
make it available via the WWW.
