Click University’s CERTIFICATE IN COPYRIGHT MANAGEMENT: PRINCIPLES AND ISSUES program, in partnership with Information Outlook columnist Lesley Ellen Harris of Copyrightlaw.com, is geared towards info pros who deal with copyright administration and management issues. Whether it's obtaining copyright permissions, managing compliance, negotiating and interpreting license agreements, or dealing with digital content domestically or internationally, this package of courses will teach you how to keep your organization copyright compliant.
What is the program? It is a series of 7 courses spread out between January and June, 2009. Five of the 7 courses are online, and 2 courses will be taught by Lesley in person at the SLA 2009 Conference on 13-14 June in Washington, DC. The courses were developed to meet the needs of SLA members who are new to copyright as well as those up to a mid-range level of copyright issues. It is also an opportunity to meet colleagues who work in a variety of environments and deal with a range of copyright issues. Participants may enroll in one, several, or all 7 courses. You have up to 2 years to complete the 7 courses to obtain the Certificate.
We look forward to the opportunity to help you explore the CERTIFICATE IN COPYRIGHT MANAGEMENT: PRINCIPLES AND ISSUES. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to [log in to unmask]
