Would you please check your holdings of the following AMS map series to see
if you have sheets that we lack? The patron wants Chinese county boundaries
as they existed in the 1930s or 1940s, so more recent material is not
useful.
 
This question concerns an ongoing long term research project. My patron is
not in a tremendous hurry for this information - at the moment
simple holdings information is all that is needed.
 
I appreciate your help.
 
 
 
 
China Proper NE. 1:250,000. AMS L531.
      sheets J-50E (or H-7), J-50I (G-5), J-50K (G-7)
 
China Proper SE. 1:250,000. AMS L581.
      sheets 1, 3, 19, 20, 28, 32, 40, 41, 50, 51, 59, 60, 62, 68, 85.
 
China Proper SW. 1:250,000. AMS L582.
      sheets F-47E, F-47F, F-47K, F-48R, F-49C, H-49I.
 
 
 
Patron is also looking for locations for the following series -- (I have
checked the Canadian and U.S. union lists of foreign topographic map series)
 
 
Inner Mongolia. 1:250,000. AMS L521. (a few sheets are known to have been
               published along the China border - according to Williams'
               Maps in China)
 
Indochina. 1:250,000. AMS L502. (some sheets cover the border area)
