In July, the Wisconsin Historical Records Advisory Board announced that
UW's (Madison) project "The Changing Landscapes of Wisconsin, A Digital
Archive of Historic Aerial Photographs" and the online application
"Wisconsin Historic Aerial Image Finder" ("WHAIFinder"
http://maps.sco.wisc.edu/WHAIFinder/ ) won the 2011 Governor's Award for
Archival Innovation.
