I have a patron who is after a map of Graniteville, MO. This was a town
that was incorporated in 1873, had a boom in population to about 800 and now
consists of a few old timers. Apparently she is trying to find foundations
for old buildings, etc. It is located in Iron County just nw of Ironton.
I have tried locating a Sanborn Map as this sounds like it would ideally meet
her needs. My impression is that a town this small would not be covered.

Any help locating a map of the town, current or historical would be
greatly appreciated. We have exhausted our map, gazateer resources here
at UMR. If I can provide any additional information on the area let me
know. Thanks all for your help.
