          The U.S. Hydrographic Office had H.O. (chart) 2598 @
1:60,000 on issue; find an edition before the fifth, 1940
and that should do it. By the way, H.O. 2598 later became
          DMA charts 24341 @ 1:50,000 and 24342 @ 1:10,000, but were
          cancelled in 1985/86 and replaced by 24350 & 24355 in 1985.
The SIO collection has only the more recent DMA editions
and thus too new for your client. Also, if you can find an
          older British Admiralty (B.A.) chart 534 @ 1:75,000 that
should work too; my edition is 1956. The French chart would
be 2386 @ 1:50,000; not in our collection. Nautical charts
in many cases were the first to show coastal city/town
plans. LC G&M will likely have all items; too bad we never
          hear from them. - PML
