Santa Clara University Library seeks an engaged, active,
forward-thinking leader to join a  dynamic senior administrative team in
connecting our community to a vast array of resources, working to
advance the library’s strategic plan, and fostering a culture of
collaboration and communication.  The Associate University Librarian for
Resources and Digital Services will combine responsibilities for
collection development, collections budget management, archives and
special collections (including digital initiatives), and technical
services. Immediate responsibilities will involve implementing changes
to technical services workflows and organizational units and taking a
leadership role in the university’s scholarly communication initiatives
including the ongoing development and growth of a new institutional
repository.
