Subject: Atlas of Colonialism from 1400-1800

I am on hunt for a good atlas or two that focuses on colonialism and
imperialism, especially for the period 1400-1800. I'd like something
that shows clearly the various colonies held by the imperial powers
and the changes that occurred in the course of the four centuries.

Any recommendations?

Best,
Michael
