Hi Ken,

If you go to the Wyoming State Library at http://gowyld.net/subj.cfm you should be able to find the link to maps. I don't think that non-Wyoming access residents have access via the State Library.

The maps are found at http://sanborn.umi.com/ For Evanston there maps from: 1887, 1890, 1898, 1907, 1912, 1931, 1931-1938. I don't know what their access charges are.
