JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
ISO, the leading nationwide provider of information services and
innovative products to the property/casualty insurance industry,
currently has a product development consultant position in our Risk
Decision Information Division.  Candidate will assist in the development,
marketing/sales support of ISO's Geographic Underwriting System,
conduct customer presentations and customize, test, analyze and
write state specific rules to meet individual customer needs.l
Individual will write or update technical documentation, design and
conduct or support internal and external user training, develop and
maintain favorable relations with customers to ascertain customer
satisfaction levels and facilitate product research and marketing activities.
 
To qualify, you must have a college degree, 2 years of experience
working with internal and external customers along with strong PC and
mainframe skills.  Product development experience is strongly desired;
GIS exposure is a plus.  Candidate must be detail-orientated with
ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple
tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and possess excellent
research, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
