30 years ago when the University of Alberta needed several binders like
this, in different sizes, they had "spring back" binders custom made.  This
may seem expensive but they are still in use.  At the time they held index
maps to Canadian topographic maps, early topo series which the curator did
not wish to keep in drawers which were then all open to students and staff.
Now they hold, among other things, our overflow of air photo indexes and
other items.  Have a look when you're here for the WAML/ACMLA/CCA conference
Sue.  I think you'll like what you see.
