Actually, we all have access to MARC records through the Catalog of U.S.
Government Publications (CGP). Here's a PURL to Advanced Search:
http://purl.access.gpo.gov/GPO/LPS93625

Retrieve OCLC #45796382 in CGP and see this note:

A 2000 printing of: Sheet 5. Malaysia, Indonesia (West); and Sheet 6.
Indonesia (East); not distributed to Depository libraries.

Looks like the answer is "no" for these sheets.
