Other than maps in the Serial Set, is anyone making a substantial effort to pre
serve maps in 19th or early 20th century federal documents. I know about the ge
ological map project initiated by Susan Klimely. Is there a list of geologic ma
ps, or the documents that hold them, that are being preserved? Is there any oth
er major effort going on? Arlyn.
