Does anyone know if the catalog mentioned is still available for sale? I checked both the NGA and USGS web sites and didn't have any luck. My old binder of AMS/DMA index maps is getting really worn out, but I've never seen a paper replacement. I'm aware of Berkeley's web page -http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/EART/ams.html but was wondering if a paper copy of the entire catalog was still available. It looks like Parts 1 and 2 of the Catalog of Maps, Charts and Related Products was distributed to depository libraries, but not Part 3.

Both indexes are included in a standard DMA Catalog of Maps, Charts and
Related Products - Part 3. Volume 1 - Topographic Products.
If you'd like a scan of the relevant pages, please let me know.
