     A reader has two queries I cannot help with...being a nontechie. Help!
 
     1] He is looking for a digital database of hydraulic, oceanic and
     political features of the world, convertible to DXF format.
 
     2] He needs an algorithm to convert lat/long data into Mercator and
     Spherical projections
