The department of Finland has been added to our homepage.  For details, see

NEW CATALOGUE OF MAPS & ATLASES
 
We receive numerous requests for a new catalogue of maps and atlases.  These
requests are somewhat puzzling to us.
 
As we understand now, homepages and the World Wide Web are perceived by many
as a place for creative expression with the purpose of amusement.  We assure
you that our homepage is not an example of this.
 
Our homepage is a REGULAR WORKING CATALOGUE which differs from a printed
version only in that it is always available to you and is updated on a
weekly basis.  At present, our homepage already contains 20 megabytes of
information.  If you wish, you may view segments of any map along with a
detailed description.  If it is not convenient for you to work with a
computer screen, you can print out lists of maps from any country which
interests you, using your printer as with any other document.  For
decreasing number of pages, before printing it is advisable to change to a
smaller font.
