Mary,
    Depending on your budget, perhaps you could order an oversize map
case (or two).
    In 2000 we bought 2 from Hamilton.  They measure about 51" x 80".
4J15D 5 drawer map case - $2345.
4J1     Cap (top)    - $416
4J17   Flush base - $363  (it sits on the base).
Shipping was about $225.
