Brenda,

Hamilton "plan files" (as these are known in the industry) are
made by Mayline.

The dimensions you give indicate that what you have are files in
Hamilton's 3J series, one of Hamilton's "Unit System Plan
Files." In the catalog, the bases are listed as 55-5/16 x 4 x
44-1/2 inches. The model number for the base is 3J117, and of
course you have color choices.

Although Mayline has a web site at www.mayline.com, the last I
looked it didn't have much or any info on the plan files.
They make you go through a local dealer. Contact Mayline or call
office equipment dealers in your part of the country. I'd
expect it to be around $100 or a little more for the base.
