The two editions of chart 12221 shipped this fall were assigned SuDocs
class numbers based on distribution order, not publication order. This
may result in accidental supersession of the current edition.

Libraries wishing to retain the current edition should supersede
C 55.418/7:12221/2005-2 and retain C 55.418/7:12221/2005.
