As promised has the GdC-website been updated with the progress-reports
for the period 1988-1990 under
http://www.kb.nl/infolev/liber/intro.htm#pro1988

Reports of the following countries are available in English:

Austria
Belgium
Catalunya
Denmark
Finland
France
Germany
Netherlands
Norway
Poland
Spain
Sweden
United Kingdom

When time permits I shall also mount the first series of progress
reports for the years 1984-1986 and 1986-1988 in order that this list is
complete. It takes, however, some OCR-time.
