Yeah! Map Link finally has a rustic version of a website up and running!
The address is www.maplink.com. If you have any comments, both positive
and/or negative, please let me know. Your feedback is extremely valuable to
us. Unfortunately, at the moment, it isn't very good for looking up foreign
topographical maps but does work fairly well for city, state and country
maps.
And here are some new titles....
White Star Press - "At The Millennium" series. Eash of these titles follows
a format which includes a current satellite shot, a contemporary birds-eye
view and a comparable historical view. Also, there is a landform map
showing the area a thousand years ago and a modern city inset. Additional
text with a time line and extensive discussion of the changes which have
occurred in the past thousand years is also included. Each map is $4.95 and
the series was created in 1999.
