Subject: digital cartographic data for Mexico

Can anyone provide any information on the availability and
acquisition of digital cartographic data for Mexico? A user
here is interested in boundary files for census tracts and
municipios. It would also be logical to aim to acquire digital
census data for these geographic levels. Thank-you for any help.
