One of my students is currently on exchange in Germany, trying to do a bit
of research into the environmental impacts of army training areas, and the
measures designed to deal with these problems. It is admittedly a long shot,
but does anybody know of any maps showing the location of (NATO and/or
Bundeswehr) Army training areas in Germany? Or does that count as classifed
information that we civilians should not know about? :-) The student concerned
is particularly focussing on the area between Bonn and Osnabrueke / Muenster.
Any and all leads much appreciated. If you can help, please send them to me,
and I can pass them on to my student.
