This is a humble question, indeed, but can anyone tell me
where we might purchase a good rubber stamp kit for stamping
call numbers on series of maps? We have an old stamper that
is approx. 1 1/4 " square and has room for four lines of
characters/numerals. The letters, numbers, and punctuation
marks are each on individual rubber pieces of "type" that
one can slide in and out of the grooves on the stamper to
create the call number one wants. So many of the pieces have
been lost over the years, the set isn't adequate any more.
What do all of you use for stamping call numbers on multiple
sheets? What works the best for you? Thanks for any sugges-
tions you can give.
