I am looking to update and enhance a little bit of information:
the lat/long of the 4 District of Columbia cornerstones.
I have a Geographic Brief from USGS from aeons ago, showing 3:

North 38 degrees 59 min 45.04 N latitude and 77 degrees 02 min 28.63 W
Longitude

East 38 degrees 53 min 33.90 N latitude and 76 degrees 54 min
34.10 W Longitude

South 38 degrees 47 min 24.80 N latitude and 77 degrees 02 min
27.19 W Longitude

The west corner is no longer DC but _was_ part of the determination of the
boundaries so is relevant--what are its coordinates?

In 1990 all of the District boundary stones were resurveyed--I hope there
is detailed information in an issue of the Portolan.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
