Subject: Workshops on Accessing Idaho Geospatial Data Center
If you have never heard of "geospatial data", or GIS, but often wonder
what in the world is "DEM", "DRG", "DLG" or "TIGER". This is the workshop
for you!!!
The workshop is designed for librarians who have no prior GIS training.
The purpose of this workshop is to show how librarians CAN assist the
public to access the Idaho geospatial data without extensive GIS
knowledge. Anyone who is in the position to assist the public to locate
geospatial data for the state of Idaho is encouraged to attend.
