Folks- I've finished the inventory of NM 15' quads here.  Based on a
1965 index map I am missing:

Big Hatchet Peak
Black Top Mountain

Carlsbad Caverns East
Carrizozo
Dunken
Dwyer
El Paso Gap
Engle
Estancia
Indian Bluff
