All

The next question is: who is/should be reporting this to the FBI and/or
postal authorities? Is there enough hard evidence? Perhaps the dealer in
Colorado, if they actually did business with Bland. Also, is there not a
facility with eBay to report suspicious items so that they can investigate?

I'm copying this over to Maphist as it will be of interest to them as well.

As Alice says, not getting the New Year off to a very good start, but best
wishes to all anyway.

April
