     I have offered the duplicates I have of the USGS Illinois flood prone
     area maps to Illinois map libraries, but I still have some quads left.
     These are the black and white topo based maps done back in the 1970's
     predating the FEMA rate maps. There isn't a complete set left but some
     quads still have multiple copies. So the first respondants with
     mailing address will receive absolutely free a single copy of each
     quad left until they run out. I can also include an unmarked index map
     so that you can mark what you will own.
